LEARN MORE ABOUT BRANDI

Hi! I’m Brandi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia where I bring extensive professional experience and empathy in my work with children, teens, and adults. In particular, I have a passion for the adolescent and young adult populations. I bring honesty, humor, and relatability to my work with my clients of all ages.

Having spent 12 years working in spaces specializing in supporting neurodiversity in elementary students through the college years, I have been dedicated to fostering both the emotional and academic growth of the clients I work with that are in the school setting, serving as a steadfast advocate for their unique needs.  It can be hard navigating life’s ups and downs while figuring out your unique strengths, identity, purpose, hopes and dreams.

My expertise extends to addressing a spectrum of support needs. With a client-centered, strengths-based approach, I am committed to creating a supportive environment that facilitates empowerment, positive change, and resilience.

EXCITING NEWS!

Brandi is now offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy! This evidence-based approach, which incorporates bilateral stimulation, is designed to bring you closer to emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Holly Couch

Certified through Yoga Alliance (RYT200), Mindful Schools, and JMT Leadership Coaching

As a Life & Health Coach, Mindfulness Educator, Yoga Teacher, Founder of Alchemy of Mind, Body & Spirit, and Co-Founder of Becoming Uncommon, Holly has spent over eight years coaching and teaching mindfulness, yoga, and positive human development in independent schools. Certified through Yoga Alliance (RYT200), Mindful Schools, and JMT Leadership Coaching as well as earning her Master of Science Degree in Positive Psychology, Holly helps young people and parents cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and emotional resilience.

Being a teenager today is harder than ever. Social media, constant comparison, and pressure to perform have left many young people anxious, disconnected, and unsure of who they are. Helping teens and young adults understand how their minds work and how to regulate emotions, manage stress, and build confidence through mindfulness and neuroscience is Holly’s passion.

Holly wishes to grow a generation of self-aware, kind, compassionate, resilient humans who don’t just survive these years—but thrive in them.

Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and mindful parent coaching, she help families create lasting transformation. Parents often tell her the work changes their own lives just as profoundly as their children’s. Holly is available to work independently, or as a power duo with her business partner, J.P. Watson.

After 23 years in education and leadership, J.P. transitioned into full-time Life & Leadership Coaching to empower others to live as their highest selves. His programs in leadership development and conscious education have transformed countless lives—guiding clients to clarity, confidence, and purpose.
